Pleasant experience

I saw an ad for Sanga that highlighted learning to meditate on a regular basis. I was instantly drawn to the App Store. I have read books on meditation and had been trying to develop a practice that would help me to become more consistent.

This app is different from other apps that offer just a few introductory 3 minute meditations. I was assigned to Julia, who is there to provide support along my journey. Julia has been great! She sent an introductory message asking about my previous experiences and after learning about who I was, offered suggestions on how to deepen my practice. She is always just a message away and has always gotten back to me within a day or so. She is very knowledgeable about mediation, the program being provided, and the teacher leading the meditations.

There is a set program and over time the meditations increase in length, which is nice. What is nice about the program as it goes on is the teacher does not talk during the entire session. It gives you practice on focusing and centering yourself.

The only thing I wish was the app would let me replay past sessions (which I have heard is going to be a feature soon) and that there were 9 chapters. I got the app pretty early on and really got into listening everyday. I eventually listened to all of the lessons and am awaiting the new content.

I’ve tried numerous channels to meditation and I’ve had some success. Sanga has been extraordinarily different for me, the level of patience and calm I get in my practice has been immeasurable. The personal coaching and accountability that I’m receiving is by far the best ever, I literally feel like Julia knows me personally and is genuine when communicating with me, she is truly interested in my growing in practice regularly and routinely🙏🏾. The guide is awesome so soothing and helps tremendously with awareness, I have found that first thing in the morning practice is truly setting the tone for my entire day and I am understanding the benefits more and more as I go and grow! So grateful for this app and will be sharing with others.

Meditation for beginners 🙌

If you’re just starting out with meditation, Sanga is right for you. Sanga gives you easy guided meditation every day. It only takes a few minutes a day where you’ll be coached to build up your mediation confidence. The instructor has a nice soothing voice as well. Definitely try it out if you’re just learning to meditate and trying to build your own routine. 🙌
