It crashes every time it’s stabilizing

This app is great for beginner people trying to use shot tracers, but it’s one issue I found is that after using the app for a week or so, I can’t even do anymore shot tracers because it crashes every time it says stabilizing, guys please fix this I need this app!

The app’s “Restore Purchase” feature doesn’t work. Messages sent to the developer’s support methods have gone unanswered. I’ve also tried contacting them through their website chat for over a month, which is always offline and still no response.

Wrote to the dev team about a bug that the app was crashing during export and they replied me that they will fix it the same day. 5 hours later an update appeared on the App Store. I went to update the Shot Tracer and the video export started working perfectly. Hats off to this kind of customer service.
