My return flight from korea to san francisco kept getting delayed from 4:30pm, to 8:30pm, to 12:50am, to 1:20am, and eventually to 10:20am and 11:30am the next day. I had scheduled important interviews for when I landed in the original time but now had to change my plans. I wanted to book another flight but didnt have a phone number that could call internationally. I tried this app and immediately paid for premium since I needed to urgently call chase and united airlines support teams. When I reached the chase support agent, they couldnt hear me at all. So I tried to call again but the number keypad stopped registering my presses. Then later it completely bugged out and banned my ip for some reason…horrible experience with this application, not reliable at all in a case of emergency.

This is a scam if I have ever seen one! My credit card company said they already know about "SkyTalk" and they have gotten many complaints already. Makes you pay before you can even do the setup. Then makes you input an existing US phone number before you can continue. If your trying to call the U.S. internationally, then you don't have a U.S. phone number to input. They know this and make you pay first. No other international calling app makes you do that. Just call your credit card company and cancel the transaction after you have been scammed by this company. You will get the money back as it's just a scam app.

Stopped working, kept billing

I signed up for their weekly unlimited plan, it showed the subscription as active in iCloud and they continued billing my credit card. Then I want to make calls, and it said I had no credits. I clicked restore purchases, still said I had no credits. I tried submitting a message through their contact form, just got a 404 error. Doesn’t work, and no way to get it fixed. In short, it’s a scam.
