This app is blocking the use of the product with aggressive, invasive, and unrelenting advertising in attempts to force customer to accidentally sign up for ‘pro’ at $99 per year. The use of the app is proving exceptionally difficult. Product was sold with instructions to use the free app to control the color and brightness of the bulb. However, any attempts to use the app to do this are blocked with advertisements. This company will be reported for fraud and should be sued for this rug pull maneuver. We are outraged at this unethical business practice. Allow access to the free app and product without requiring upgrades or payment as original product purchase specified.

I didn’t know when I bought these light bulbs, you have to pay $4.99 a week to use it. I’m sorry but I’m not paying over $100 dollars a year to change the color of the bulb. The bulb is bought. Why should I pay to connect to the light bulbs I payed for. Rip off. I guess I can still use the dimmer for free with no color choice, again, for a light bulb I already payed for. I work in electrical at a large store, and I’ll never recommend this for any to BUY.

I got two rooms. One room has 8 lights other room has 12. All work individually but when you create a room on the app you try to turn all off in the room. Only half turn off. Same issue in both rooms. Tried restarting, resetting, reinstalling lights and deleting and re adding rooms. Still same issue. I want my $50 bucks back.

Every time we have a power outage, the light comes on. I cannot access light in the app and I cannot connect to the bridge no matter how hard I try. I had to pay $25 just so I could access the light in the app and it’s no longer working. Now I have to call if I’m lucky enough to find a phone number. Not worth it!!!!!
