took my money but did not identify more than one snake at a time

I subscribed to this app but it only identified one snake before saying that free users only get one identification per 2 hours when I paid and am not a free user! So cheap! I canceled my subscription but they still kept my money. Choose a different app!

We discovered a bug that incorrectly limited some paying subscribers to just one identification, and we’ve fixed it so this won’t happen again. We’re really sorry for the hassle and totally understand your frustration.

My first photo, a suspected rat snake, was identified as a juvenile cottonmouth. It did not have the pattern or color and the picture was taken from above, giving a distinct view of the shape of the head. There were no distinctive features of a pit viper present in the photo. Not impressed. Only reinforces the idiotic idea that every snake is a venomous snake. DELETING APP!!!
