I have never regretted this purchase. The battery last for several months and I live in Maine and even through the rain, snow, and under 32 degree temps the battery last for months. It also has so many capabilities. I appreciate being able to move it using my phone from left to right. I have it set to record when it senses motion at night. I could choose to have the light come on or an alarm go off when it senses motion but I prefer the night vision and not to scare the wildlife I capture on it. I also like being able to talk both ways on it. At times I’ve reminded my husband of something because I forgot before he went out the door and he can talk back to me so I know he heard me. I also like being able to zoom in to see something better. We feel we have gotten more for our money than we would have got buying a different brand. We want to get a second one to be able to see the other side of the house.

I have had these cameras (two of them) outside, in Arizona heat, for almost four years now. They are charging with solar energy and i have never touched them ever since setting them up. I have a pan and tilt one in the front yard and a static one in the back yard. The cameras are solid! Now about the app. The app is absolutely amazing as well. As someone coming from two huge competitors, I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that this app connected me to my cameras every single time. With the competitors apps I had to do all sort of things to get them to work and always, always, always had to force exit the app if I left it open. Then it won’t connect. This app has none of those issues. Good job, developer! You have an outstanding app and the product is equally outstanding!

Re-Update; App has been updated for iOS 16, fixed full screen display. Thanks Soliom team. UPDATE; Full screen not working on IOS 16 on IPhone 10R. Needs an update. Here’s a tip to all. After installing the app, find it in your phone settings, look for “Location” and set it to “Never”. With Location on, it uses your phones location to search for different servers to find one close to you. This causes a lot of delays. I don’t use the cloud services so don’t need it searching around. Changing this one setting basically cured my app. There is no way to change this in the app. You must go into phone settings and change in the app there. Hope this helps someone. Worked wonders for me. The app works good now where before it may take forever to pull up the camera.

We purchased these soliom s600 cameras. We’ve purchased four of them. One set for my father-in-law‘s home in Pennsylvania. The other set for our home in Delaware. All was working well until we hooked up the ones on our home in Delaware. We set up the cameras all went well. The only problem is we’re not getting notifications. And in the app and we have an iPhone. There is nothing to help us activate notifications. Trying to find tech-support is a nightmare. They’ll want you to pay a one time fee of $79 to fix the problem. Well I’m sorry after spending so much money on these cars. I feel spending another $79 to fix a problem should be something they should do specially when we just bought them. But I would recommend these cameras they work really nice. Good luck with tech-support though
