Für Auftragseingänge ab dem 01.10.2017 werden alle Spanntec-Produkte mit NFC Tags ausgestattet die iPhone kompatibel sind. Diese NFC-Tags werden mithilfe der App gescannt um das Produkt zu identifizieren. Darüber hinaus bietet die App die Möglichkeiten sich Informationen zu einem Spanntec Produkt einzuholen und eine Service Anfrage für das Spanntec Produkt zu stellen.
