During your exercises you need to hold your finger on your Apple Watch face to keep it live and running. The play button changes to state ‘Hold’ when running an exercise.
This keeps your Watch from dozing off while your attention is focused on your pelvic floor. Most Watch screens go to sleep after 7 or 15 seconds (time dependent on your Watch settings). Squeezy has no control over the screen sleep time on the Watch; it has to obey your Watch settings.
We hope to be able to improve the Watch experience in future. In the meantime, we’re continuing the existing Watch support because many people find it helpful.

Best there is for Apple Watch
It’s the best there is for the Apple Watch but could still use some work. It doesn’t sync exercises very well and it over-notifies me. As others have said, I wish it would give haptic ticks without the screen needing to be on and active.
That being said, I’m thankful to have an app that will work in the watch. It has upped my consistency in doing the exercises and is benefiting my postpartum muscles.
More occurrences please!
I just had my prostate removed and have been instructed to perform 5-15 second exercises 10x per session and to perform these 10x a day. Unfortunately, this app only allows you to go as high as 6 times a day. Please increase this to at least 10 times per day. It would really broaden the usefulness of your app to include prostate cancer surgery patients as well.
Excellent app for Kegel exercises
Squeeze is an excellent app and I use it daily now for about 4 months to perform Kegel exercises with the iPhone. It is well designed and features a lot of medical expertise the way it is built.
