It’s a lovely app, it’ll boost your workouts, it’ll boost your focus, I personally set mine to 50 push-ups every 30mins, so if I’m in a space where I cannot do them, I have to remain focused but I excluded my call apps so it’s perfect, but they need to work on the push-up counter so people don’t cheat

I’ve tried every app from opal, once and freedom. Stepbloc is the only app that makes me put my phone down. When you realize you are doing physical activity to sit on social media it makes you feel so silly. I don’t use the app as much as I originally did but that’s because it works! The workouts are beneficial but at the end of the day the goal is to minimize screen time and this app does that quickly. I go on social media significantly less and check my phone less overall. I’ve noticed my overall is happier and I’m more present in conversations. Must try app.

Super great idea and app all around, only suggestion is things like being able to see how much time I have left until I need to do more push ups/squatsOr being able to set multiple rules such as 5 push ups = 5 minutes and 15 push ups = 20 or 30 minutes for example (if you do them at once) I’ll definitely continue using and looking forward to updates

It's super innovative and is very effective in reducing screen time. Push-ups option to control drive usage has been very beneficial It rewards user with screen time for certain apps when you complete push-ups. Definitely the Best screen time blocker and tracker that you can find. kudos to the team
