Had to give it 5 stars so it would post this it is horrible it let’s u scan once so just to see if it would work or it was fake I took a picture of my room and it said “pink opel,rose corts and an ad”so I’m like oook and I put a pice of pirate “fools gold” and it just showed me the premium thing and so I tried again and it didn’t work thank u for reading ❤️

Had to give it 5 stars so it would post this it is horrible it let’s u scan once so just to see if it would work or it was fake I took a picture of my room and it said “pink opel,rose corts and an ad”so I’m like oook and I put a pice of pirate “fools gold” and it just showed me the premium thing and so I tried again and it didn’t work thank u for reading ❤️

I paid for a 6 month subscription and the app won’t recognize it. I have email receipts and proof through IOS my subscription is active but it won’t let me use it. Even the few times it let me use the picture ID, it didn’t identify the crystals. I reached out to customer service the first day I bought it and it wasn’t working and no one has contacted me back. Don’t waste your money!

Even the few times it let me use the picture ID, it didn’t identify the crystals. I reached out to customer service the first day I bought it and it wasn’t working and no one has contacted me back. The camera function is excellent. It gives the ability to adjust the photo.The downside is the overall inaccuracy in identifying rocks, which is what it’s supposed to do. It’s as if the app is just taking a wild guess with each photo.I compared this app with the app I already have, Rock Identifier, because I was looking for something less expensive. After comparing the two, I got a refund for this one and deleted it. I’ve been using the Rock Identifier app for the past year and found it to be extremely accurate. It’s about $30 a year and well worth that price, so I’m sticking with it.
