＜Summer Pockets（サマーポケッツ）とは＞
少年時代の思い出というのは、どれも大切で、大事にしまっておきたいもの。
ポケットというのは、そんな思い出をしまう小さな宝箱のような物でした。
「夏の小さな宝箱」そういった意味合いを込めたタイトルです。
海に囲まれ多くの自然が残る島には、懐かしさが満ちあふれています。
大人なら、自分の子供時代のことを思い出すでしょう。
子供なら、こういう時代があったんだなと、未知の体験に変わるでしょう。
Summer Pocketsはそんな「夏休み」の物語です。
本アプリは、共通ルート（作内時間７月２９日～８月７日）を無料でプレイできます。
それ以降の各ヒロインルートへ進む場合は、課金を必要とします。
なお、ヒロインの１人「鳴瀬しろは」のルートが無料で最後まで遊ぶことが出来ます。
※本アプリにはミニゲーム（卓球ゲーム・島モンファイト・島ポンファイト）は収録されておりません。
＜あらすじ＞
主人公である「鷹原羽依里」は、亡くなった祖母の遺品整理のために夏休みを利用して1人で鳥白島にやってきた。
一日数本しかない連絡船を下りたとき、一人の少女と出会う。
彼女は潮風に髪を遊ばせながら、遠くを…海とも空とも言えない境界線をただ眺めていた。
気がつけば少女はどこかへ行ってしまい、羽依里は狐に摘まれた気分になりながら、祖母宅へ向かう。
そこではすでに親戚の叔母がいて、遺品整理を行っていた。
羽依里は、祖母の思い出の品の片付けを手伝いながら、初めて触れる「島の生活」に戸惑いつつも、順応していく。
都会暮らしでは知ることの無かった自然とのふれ合い。
忘れていた懐かしい何かを、思い出させてくれるような、そんな生活だった。
気づけば彼は、この夏休みが終わらなければいいのにと、そう思った。
