It's easy to use and understand

I sent about $20 to this wallet, and the transaction never came through. The developers were very prompt in their response to my support questions, and were patient in helping me configure the app correctly. I did end up receiving my transaction. Will definitely be using this in the future, having a good support team really reassures me.

Stay Far Away

It’s been 30 days since my Swipe card was marked as “shipped,” and they won’t let me unlock and withdraw my SXP funds until the physical card arrives. How does that make any sense? Even if it does ever arrive, I have to e-Mail them to “request” unlocking the SXP funds at that point. I’ve sent over 12-15 e-mails 3 months ago to them on various problems, and only ever heard back from one e-Mail 60 days later. I have 3 friends who I got to try Swipe who experienced the same thing for KYC, never heard back (one of them heard back 2 months later), so all of them gave up on creating an account. My point is that even if the physical card ever arrives to me, I can expect that either it will take something like 60 days to hear back from an e-Mail that I would then send to request my funds be returned to me, and that there’s a possibility that I may never hear back from them, and spend months re-sending e-mails like my friends and I have tried in the past. To kick a dead horse, on their website it mentions that if the Swipe VISA card never arrives, you have to pay a fee for them to send you another one. I have over $5000 in this account that they are not letting me access.

“Zendesk” too much zen

An asset will freeze and you will get a message that either the system is under maintenance or the asset is under maintenance or a general error while other assets will be fine. This issue can prevent you from moving funds as needed at critical times. Swipe has a lot going for it but if this persists it will fall just like other centralized exchanges the more people migrate to decentralized exchanges. I have requested assistant through the app, by email, through Twitter and issue not resolved I’m only told someone will follow up and nothing is fixed. This has happened several times over the last 3 months and each time the only way I could do anything is to sell or exchange, seems odd right? I’ll see if there have improvements Q3 but for now I’m just done. **update two days later** now that the market is up again my funds are suddenly free to be moved as I please. Go figure. Rating went down to 1 star.
