It's easy to use and understand

I sent about $20 to this wallet, and the transaction never came through. The developers were very prompt in their response to my support questions, and were patient in helping me configure the app correctly. I did end up receiving my transaction. Will definitely be using this in the future, having a good support team really reassures me.

Stay Far Away

It’s been 30 days since my Swipe card was marked as “shipped,” and they won’t let me unlock and withdraw my SXP funds until the physical card arrives. How does that make any sense? Even if it does ever arrive, I have to e-Mail them to “request” unlocking the SXP funds at that point. I’ve sent over 12-15 e-mails 3 months ago to them on various problems, and only ever heard back from one e-Mail 60 days later. I have 3 friends who I got to try Swipe who experienced the same thing for KYC, never heard back (one of them heard back 2 months later), so all of them gave up on creating an account. My point is that even if the physical card ever arrives to me, I can expect that either it will take something like 60 days to hear back from an e-Mail that I would then send to request my funds be returned to me, and that there’s a possibility that I may never hear back from them, and spend months re-sending e-mails like my friends and I have tried in the past. To kick a dead horse, on their website it mentions that if the Swipe VISA card never arrives, you have to pay a fee for them to send you another one. I have over $5000 in this account that they are not letting me access.

Customer Support will ignore you

After my bank account was pending for about 2 weeks, I added in a second bank account thinking maybe it was my first bank. Days later, the second bank was also “Pending.” I speak with live chat and they ask for screenshots via email which is where the conversation would continue. Over a week now and nothing. I come to the reviews as I found that a bit annoying considering I can’t use the app if I can’t deposit money and it seems quite a few others have been having the same issue with both the bank issue and bad customer support for MONTHS. I also learned some people aren’t receiving their cards which is honestly what I wanted to test out from Swipe. Something else that confused me was the high star rating despite the dozens of negative reviews. Well, it seems like it has been about a year since this app had good value to users and even those positive reviews from back then feel a bit generic... like they’re not coming from real people.
