Doesn’t push result to apple health

My biggest concern is that only a few metrics are uploaded to apple health. The BMI and bunch of others that are available in apple health aren’t recorded because the app isn’t sharing it. Please share all data that can be shared.

Smaller concern is that the app interface is just a web view on the website that isn’t pretty at all. A nicer interface would help to understand we’re we at.

Stopped working

The app used to work flawlessly. When I switched from iPhone 6s Plus to iPhone X, it stopped working.

When I try to activate the bathroom scale RD-901 from the app it simply does not turn on anymore. I unpaired the device, removes batteries from it, deleted and downloaded the app again, tried paring the device again. Yesterday when I did this the app recognized the device. This morning the scale was not working again. I tried all of the above all over again and it didn’t help this time.

Like another reviewer is saying the “OK” button on the “Add Device” screen is not responding. Without a working app this bathroom scale is not worth the price. I’m very frustrated.

Great hardware but very mediocre apps

The apps is good for display the results other than that there isnt anything to do. You cant do change settings on the apps like you can do manually on the device. The link to Healthkit is very minimal (only Body Fat % and Weight). There is no comparison chat/table in app like others. In short, this is app is really poor. Such as shame, the scale is great in lots of measurement.

I hope they outsource the app development outside of Japan as well as the manual. It is slightly confusing.
