With teampaper app, you can:
- Capture your screen with a video or screenshot.
- Upload videos, screenshots, and files to the desired directory and workspace, and share them with a link in just a few clicks.
- Capture and share it via clipboard, with the help of CMD+V in Slack, iMessage, Gmail, or any messaging app to share it.
- Use the OCR tool to copy the text from any snapped image and paste it anywhere for further use.
- Add points with your comments on the screenshot with annotations and visual direction tools (arrows, shapes, lines, colors, pen, etc.) to convey the essence.
- Comment on every smallest part and share a snapshot via a direct link or clipboard to that note (annotations on video will be ready soon!).

I use this app multipe times a day
I was a committed monosnap user for years until some sort of update rendered it unusuable. After trying almost everything else on the market, I found this wonderful and incredibly lightweight app that just works. I use it many, many, many times a day. Every so often there is a minor issue with the prompt to "buy subscription": i've already paid, but I get prompted to buy again. No matter: the app still works just fine. And the developer responded very quickly the one time I submitted a help request. Five stars for this handy app.
FINALLY, done right
I’ve tried so many apps for screenshot annotation and sharing, and most have been disappointing—either overloaded with unnecessary features, sluggish, or ridiculously overpriced. But this one finally gets it right! It’s lightweight, fast, and includes only the essentials, making it incredibly efficient. The UI is clean and intuitive, the performance is smooth, and the price is just right. Absolutely love it! I truly hope this developer and software stick around for a long time.
Just what I need
Was looking for some way to share screenshots (or screenshots of photos) with people in chat clients that did not support uploading photos. This does exactly what I was looking for. Very simple to use and not over bloated with features that I don’t want. Highly recommend it.
