Erro ao sincronizar entre app e web

O aplicativo é fantástico, muito organizado e completo. Porém quando ativo o time tracking pelo app ele não sincroniza o progresso com a versão web, mas se o time tracking é ativado pela versão web funciona perfeitamente com o aplicativo. Resumindo os registro de tempo meu no dispositivo não está aparecendo na versão web.
