Fix for a bug when displaying the names of cost centers entered in a TimeSheet.

A set of new improvements has been developed to enhance the application: 1. The favorite filter by the foreman has been added when modifying cost codes in the timecard. 2. When scrolling on the timecard’s approval workflow version, comments in the timecards will display without covering any timecard functionalities, regardless of the length of the comments entered. 3. Quantities can be inputted and saved without inconsistencies in the timecards and the quantity module on the iOS version. Please ensure you have the latest version of TST installed on your iOS device, and if you continue to experience any problems, contact your local IT department for further assistance. 4. Spanish and French languages have been added to the iOS version.

Inclusion of a limitation of 10 images per TimeSheet for optimal performance.

The detected bug is corrected since the limitation of 10 images per TimeSheet had been lost. The limitation has been restored.

Inclusion of an informative message when the user signs the timesheet.

The TST Premium update allows users to track and analyze the performance of all project activities, not just the self-performed ones. With this update, users can easily document the work in progress for all main project activities in TST. This makes it easier to conduct weekly and monthly cost analyses for any cost type.

The following improvements have been added into TST: 1. New functionality available to link pieces of equipment to employees. For further information on how to use it please check the user manual in the section 4.5.6. 2. Actual date and time of the photos and employee’s signatures is being recorded in the App for iPad, and can be reviewed on the report “Daily Timesheets”.

TimeSheet selection filter is increased from 2017 to the current year. Previously only TimeSheet from the year prior to the current year was accessible.

Typo correction in the description of the equipment types of hours "Work" and "Idle".

Update: When changing to a different day within a TimeSheet, in the case of accessing a TimeSheet with the "No Work Today" indicator active, the possibility of changing the status is omitted, “No Work Today” TimeSheets do not follow the approval workflow.

We would like to inform you that the following enhancements have been included in TST: 1. No work today: a. Option has been enabled on the app as it was only available on the web. b. Timesheets marked as “no work today” will count now as “filled” and “approved” and it will be possible to export them to the payroll system from the option “All foremen”. 2. Timesheet validation: if the timesheet has been sent to validation from the app to the web and it is fully approved on the web, from the app it is not possible to move it back to “in creation”. 3. History: whenever the timesheet is saved, the “History” section is updated, not having to exit the timesheet and enter again to see the record. 4. Change date inside the timesheet: a warning message appears when we change to a different date asking if we want to save the changes. 5. Equipment divisions and branches: backend configuration of the system has changed to be able in the future to configure an equipment division or a branch, allowing the transfer from eCMS of cost types “X” that are used in those divisions.

The following enhancements have been included in TST: 1. Comments section: this section allows entering more characters than before, being able to describe better the cost codes or other comments without limitations. 2. Hours entry: the “calculator” to key hours does not hide when entering a figure in one of the hours’ types, facilitating the time entry. 3. Change to a different day in the timesheet: new buttons have been added to the timecards to switch between dates without going back to the calendar view. Click on the arrow back or forward to move to the previous or following day. 4. Cost codes: now it is displayed the full code of the Cost Code, including the last 2 digits that before where not being showed.

Fixed a problem with validating TimeSheet (moving from Created to Validated status when the approval flow had approval steps with a value less than frame 50).

1. Ordering resources (employees, machinery and cost centers) on the timesheet. 2. When leaving the timesheet without saving, message that indicates that we are leaving without saving. It can be uploaded to production in WEB and APP. 3. When making a selection after a search, the text entered is deleted. 4. Highlight comments from the timesheet. 5. Change of cost center without losing hours. 6. Employee information break and injured with the signature.
