Performance update, profiles should load much faster now! Same with collection images and profile photos, Tome just got a big speed boost. In addition, some new features and bug fixes: - The book selection now has a 'currently reading' option so that you can quickly make a post with the same edition as the ones you already have on your profile. - Squashed lots of bugs around deleting, updating, and finishing books, and making sure they are counted correctly on your profile. - Fixed a bug in the marketplace when it wouldn't show that you already owned a badge.

Book counts + filters on your profile! Been wondering how many books you've finished? How many are in your 'To Be Read'? How many you've DNF'ed? Check it out, right on your profile and easily filter your book list by status. - You can also adjust the start/end date and status of your books without making a post if you'd like to tidy things up. - New PERCENTAGE input! For all you audiobook/digital folks without exact page numbers, you can now update your reading percentage directly. In addition, some bug fixes: - feed images have been resized, so the feed should load faster! - more stability around posting a book and seeing it immediately

This update will have a bunch of bug fixes, improvements from your suggestions! - Removed the slider from the star rating, now you can just tap it to get to half stars! - Fixed a bug preventing android users from editing their posts when the modal wouldn't come up - Editing tags no longer creates new collections - Improved the ordering on your profile with books (Reading comes before Finished books) - Improved deliverability of comment notifications - Improved UI on book pages that aren't yours to make it clearer when you can edit - Added the ability to delete books on your profile (posts aren't deleted) - Prompts to turn on notifications after you post (so we can better deliver notifications to people who comment)

Full book progress tracking! This mega-update includes a ton of new features to better have conversations around what you're reading: - half stars for more accurate rating! - add status to books (to be read, reading, finished, didn't finish) to better organize your reads - reading status calculates your progress % from inputting your page numbers - finished dates now show in book view on your profile In addition, there are a few other quality of life changes: - no more posting into collections! instead, you can add your posts to collections using the collect button after you've made the post. - cleaning up the 'new' feed by automatically hiding empty book posts without text or any attachment - removed the book toggle inside of collections

New toggle on your profile to switch from all your posts to all your books! We hope that it gives you a home to organize all your book stuff, and then doesn't lose what makes Tome special, the social posts. Book view aggregates every post about a book (with the book added) you've made to a book folder. Post view shows all your posts, as profiles used to be.

Mentions, by popular demand! Tag your reading buddy in posts and comments. Type @ in the post composer or the comment composer and you'll see a new user search. Tapping on someone will autocomplete their username. - Get notifications when they tag you, so you never miss out on their reading hot takes! - Tag your buddy reader and readalong friends when you update your book - Tag people in comments to make sure they see it!

Books on profile! we've created a central home for all the posts you've made about a book and centered them on your profile -- this should make it easier to keep track of your book blogging! Also: - improved search! you should be able to find better results for tags and users, plus its much faster. - reposts in the following feed. this way your friends reposts can introduce you to new content.

Improvements to the book tracking! now you can: - move all your posts in one book to a new collection. so when you blog about your book in "Reading", you can easily move all those posts to "Finished". - public book toggles! if you want to see your friend's books at a glance (rather than their posts), you can hit the toggle in the top of their collections. And also, a bunch of highly requested bug fixes: - profile collections all have the same height now, regardless of title length - badge reordering is fixed - improved follow button responsiveness so you don't accidentally tap it twice

It's here: the best reading tracker that you'll ever use!! Get started by creating a new post, and tapping 'Add Book', and select your collection to make your first book. - Each collection has a toggle at the top: Post view or Book view. In book view, you'll see all of the books in that collection at a glance. - Each book has all your posts inside it: post quotes, vibes, thoughts as you read. It'll all be collected together. - You can now add a book to any type of post, like adding a book above a photo or GIF. The composer has a new button that says "Add Book", which you can add to any other type of post. We hope that this is a more fun reading experience than a single rating at the end of a read. more stuff (reading goals, challenges) coming soon, once we see how the tracking works out!
