Transistors Handbook - Your Transistor Guide.
This app will guide you to know, choose, select and design your next board masterpiece using that transistor you weren’t remembering.
With this app you can update the transistor informations and share it with other app users.
What is a transistor? (from Wikipedia):
“A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify and switch electronic signals and power. It is composed of a semiconductor material with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair of the transistor's terminals changes the current flowing through another pair of terminals. Because the controlled (output) power can be much more than the controlling (input) power, a transistor can amplify a signal. Today, some transistors are packaged individually, but many more are found embedded in integrated circuits.”
The transistor is the fundamental building block of modern electronic devices, and is ubiquitous in modern electronic systems. Following its release in the early 1950s the transistor revolutionized the field of electronics, and paved the way for smaller and cheaper radios, calculators, and computers, among other things.”
With Transistors Handbook you will se the design, the kind and all the aspects of more than 51.000 transistors, the application will provide the following info:
- Graphical Schema
- Note of the Transistor
- Online Datasheet
You can also use the embedded search engine to search a transistor for its name or power.
The coverage of the transistors is about the complete catalogue of the Silicon and Germanium.

Bought this app and when I start the app I am notified that there are 9 updates. I select update and the app tells me I have no internet. Yet I am able to write a review with the same internet. Hmm...
I repair amps and thought this would help. I tried to search for transistors, and it took me a while to figure out what information I needed to get a result. It really does bring up matching numbers if you know what to do. I emailed them through Facebook.
Very handy app!
Works very well, found all xisters I searched for, including some very obscure ones. Great for repairs and new projects. Also HAS outlines and basing diagrams!
