Unfortunately you can only recover your local files by recovering the device full backup. This doesn't always work because sometimes the IOS is buggy and the fix is to start with a fresh IOS. When you reinstall this app your files are gone.

This was a waste. In spite of its name, it will not see or access any usb drive. And although my iPad IS seen by iTunes, there’s no “apps” icon or button anywhere. In short, this app doesn’t do a single thing. Well, except take money. It does that.
