Orders get accepted automatically without user being able to see it first. The notification appears on the iPhone that a new order is available but it should let you either accept or decline.

This app is absolute garbage. It is nearly impossible to search for specific restaurants. To make matters worse, when you finally get your order ready, you have two payment options: ATH mobile and Apple Pay. However, The Apple Pay is just a “front” because it’s not compatible with the app. I don’t live in PR so, I don’t have ATH mobile so, no sale. Garbage. The Product Manager, UX, Development, and Testing teams should all be fired.

You only get orders after being online for an hour, and since the app is the worst at notifying new orders, you’re probably gonna miss it. Most clients give low or no tip. Support is incredibly unreliable, often they don’t pay for tolls, you have to wait a lot for the food, wasting time you don't get paid for, sometimes you even get orders from closed places, making you waste gas and time.
