This product is trash

I haven’t used it much except as a regular vibrator and for good reason. It won’t connect. I’ve gotten the thing to connect to my phone twice and that’s it. I sit for 29 minutes playing with it and nothing. There’s not even any troubleshooting info available and your faq section on your website is sorely lacking. If I want a regular vibe, I have a better one in my drawer, so this was basically a waste of money.
