Stop guessing on site. Enter run length, load, and materials to compute ΔV and recommended mm². Verify NEMA/IEC plug types with cards, search, and quick tables. Power Checker is a field utility that combines a voltage-drop calculator with a NEMA/IEC plug quick reference. From conductor data, run length, and load, it computes ΔV, drop rate, terminal voltage, return loop resistance (DC), adopted conductor temperature, and recommended cross-section (mm²) in real time. It also shows GOOD / CAUTION / NG ratings with one-line explanations, likely causes, improvement suggestions, and risk notes. The plug reference lets you verify representative NEMA (5/6, L5/L6) and IEC (C5/6/7/8/13/14/15/16/19/20/21/22) models via cards and search. Features — Voltage Drop (Calculate) Inputs: conductor cross-section (mm²), material (Cu/Al), insulation (PVC70/XLPE90/PVC105), ambient temp (°C), run length (m), supply voltage (V) load current (A) or load power (W), circuit type (DC / single-phase 2-wire / three-phase 3-wire), power factor (PF), reactance use and X (Ω/km), allowable drop (%), optional conductor temperature (°C) Outputs (real time): ΔV, drop %, terminal V, loop R (DC), adopted conductor temp, recommended cross-section (mm²) Evaluation: GOOD / CAUTION / NG badges with short explanation, likely causes, improvement ideas, and risk notes Behavior: debounced auto-calculation; clear warnings for large drop, temperature overrun, or low terminal voltage Features — Plug Quick Reference (Plugs) Card list of representative NEMA (5/6, L5/L6) and IEC (C5/6/7/8/13/14/15/16/19/20/21/22) Local images shown in parallel (P = plug, R = receptacle) to confirm model, voltage, current, and connection class Cross-model search bar Quick tables, abbreviation guide, and credits/license info Common / UI Language switch (JA/EN) in the header Clear, mobile- and web-friendly UI (Expo Router + React Native Web) Error handling and fallbacks (e.g., image load failures) Use Cases On-site checks for allowable drop and terminal voltage Estimating conductor size candidates for comparison Fast verification of NEMA/IEC plug models for documentation and communication Notes This app is a design aid. Final decisions must follow applicable laws/regulations and standards (IEC/NEMA/JIS, etc.) and your internal policies. Actual values vary with wiring method, environment, temperature rise, cable bundling, and reactance settings.
