Description
"Weather for Status Bar" is a simple desktop app for MacOS. It displays the current weather situation on the status bar and more detail info on click on its icon in the popup.

Changing cities
I find that changing cities is really buggy. It takes several tries to get the city to actually change. On top of that, my hometown (Oakdale, MN), does not show that right data at all. It is saying its about 20 degrees warmer then it actually is so i had to go with Minneapolis. Its relatively close but it would be nice to have my home city be accurate
Great
This is not a "weather station." This is a simple app that tells the current temp and weather conditions. It looks nice and seems like an apple app. Also, free with no adds.
Note for those who want it to load at start up: Go to system preferences>users>select your user name>select login items>click the " ">select applications on the left hand side of the popup window>select the weather app
Does Work In Big Sur v11.2.3
On a iMac running 11.2.3 its working perfectly.
On a MacBook running 11.2.3 it didn't work initially. I rebooted in Safe Mode, started the app, added the city, then it worked. Also, Go to System Preferences>Users & Groups>Login Items> to add it to list to auto launch at startup.
