For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming. Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

I’m sure the sites in question will update their user experience for mobile user in the future. Hopefully, you will reconsider your 1 star review that was issued due to the poor customer experience of the government sites.

What is the point of this app when you can get the Irs app and it does the exact same thing. why have a middleman if you don’t need one.

Some taxpayers are also receiving a state refund and with this app they can check the status of that refund as well.Ultimately, our goal is to make your life simpler. Hopefully, we have been able to achieve that for most people.
