6 clicks for every hour log
It takes 6 clicks to log one block of hours per day. If you focus on only one client per day it takes 30 clicks to log your hours for the week. 34 if you count the day switch. Imagine you serve multiple clients. It gets extremely tedious to log hours really quickly.
Honestly very limited in scope and it has not really improved in the past 3 years we've switched to WorkflowMax (neither has the website functionality tremendously improved from an end-user perspective to be honest). Despite the great prospect of The merger with Xero, and considering how much better Xero has gotten, WFM and its limited app seem to be the ugly duckling of the lot. Hopefully it'll become a swan, but it seems to be a bit of a dubious claim at this point considering the project velocity from the user standpoint....
Simple and easy to use
This app does work well for tracking time and viewing jobs while on the go. Would like to see it add more features like being able to create a new job. The web interface is not great but if this app gets more features, it can hopefully replace the need of the website unless you are doing advanced functions.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
