前粉嶺裁判法院於1961年建成，為全新界首幢及唯一的司法機構。因法院設施後來不敷應用，新粉嶺法院大樓於2002年正式啟用，粉嶺裁判法院關閉，完成其司法歷史使命。
香港青年協會以完善的計劃，獲選為前粉嶺裁判法院的營運機構，負責活化及營運這幢三級歷史建築。活化工程於2018完成，香港青年協會領袖學院正式啟用，成為全港首座以培育青年領袖為目標的學院，為本港的領袖發展奠下基石。透過自助導賞應用程式，你可以遊走法院，了解這座建築物的歷史、建築特色、活化背後的理念以及保育過程。
