馨伴APP以“温馨陪伴”为核心理念，致力于构建便捷医疗服务平台，精准解决行动不便人群的就诊与照护难题。针对出门困难的病员，提供线上预约上门护理、采血、理疗等专业服务，让患者足不出户即可享受基础医疗照护；为独居老人及就诊不便群体，打造线上陪诊体系：可预约陪诊人员全程协助就医，包括代取报告、沟通病情、协助与异地亲属对接，避免因无人陪同导致的诊疗拖延；若需住院，陪诊人员可代办理出入院手续、线上结算，并按需打印检查报告及诊断证明。
针对住院患者家属无法全天候陪护的场景，平台提供分时段预约陪护服务，陪护人员实时监控病情变化，第一时间通知家属并交接医嘱，部分地区陪护服务已纳入医保报销范畴。此外，平台为医护人员搭建兼职渠道，充分利用职业空闲时间，实现医疗资源的灵活调配。
