Yandex with Alice
Voice, text, and image search
Free
Quick search with smart hints and Alice, who will answer any question. Search in Yandex however you prefer: by typing your query in the search bar, by asking Alice out loud, or by taking photos with the Smart camera. The app can also tell you who's calling when it's an unknown number, help save on expensive purchases, explain complex problems, and perform everyday tasks.
Text and voice search. Search however you prefer: with the usual text queries, quick suggestions, and instant results, or by voice if you don't feel like typing.
Smart camera. Point the camera at anything and see what happens. The smart camera recognizes objects, tells you about them, suggests where you can buy them, translates text, opens QR codes, and even works as a scanner.
Alice. The Yandex voice assistant can answer any question and help you with everyday tasks: set a timer and remind you of things to do, tell you about the weather and traffic, play with children, tell them a fairy tale, or sing them a song. Alice can also control smart home devices or just chat with you, almost like a regular person.
Free caller ID. Turn on caller ID in the settings menu or say: "Alice, turn on the caller ID." This way, you can see who's calling even if the number isn't in your contacts list. It relies on a database of more than 5 million organizations and user feedback to save you time and help avoid unwanted calls.
Product search. Ask: "Alice, where's it cheaper?" And say what you want to buy. Alice will search for the product in dozens of thousands of marketplaces, supermarkets, and small local stores, compare prices, and show you the best offer. All you'll have to do is go to the store and buy it, and you won't spend too much.
Accurate weather forecast. Detailed hourly forecast for today with a dynamic map that shows precipitation, wind, temperature, and atmospheric pressure. Daily and weekly forecasts with detailed information about wind speed, atmospheric pressure, and humidity. Special modes with useful weather information for fishermen, gardeners, and more.
The app is available for iPhone and iPad.
