【更新内容】 组织架构调整： 调整了网页端后台组织架构，优化了与组织架构适配的系统功能，尤其是查询统计等模块，使其支持多项目、同项目多标段等场景。 BUG修复及优化更新： 1、修复了部分情况下施工单位打卡签到模块信息填充异常的错误； 2、修复了监理单位通过施工单位的安全培训提交申请后，在监理单位的安全培训统计页面不显示的错误； 3、修复了部分情况下安全培训表单的进场类别、培训类别等选择器无法滑动的异常； 4、修复了进入待办页面时，由于待办条数过多，程序加载时间过长导致应用崩溃的错误； 5、修复了监理单位人员打卡签到统计页面在横屏状态下，签到按钮无法点击的异常；
