親愛的貴賓 您好：關於您反映的問題，因敝公司行動看盤系統，並未有從國外網路連線的測試紀錄，而國外電信業者線路的架構亦無法掌握，可能被所在的國家電信業防火牆阻擋，故無法確保是否能以國外網路穩定的連線至看盤程式，故僅能嘗試更換網路來源方式排除，謝謝。若仍有程式使用問題，請於週一至週五（國定假日休息）07:30~24:00 致電三竹客服中心，電話02-25639999#1300，感謝您。
