Zap Pay doesn't work, always declined

This app isn't able to do one of its main functions, as it reports "payment declined" for every credit card (both Visa and Mastercard) that works fine in other systems, and even the Apple Pay support fails with the same error. Frustrating since this is the only way to pay for Connected Kerb without getting a new smartphone or Apple account just to set the region to UK (and all other public chargers around here cost an astronomically expensive £0.85/kwh). The tech support says that they don't support American credit cards, but they're literally the only place in the UK we've encountered that doesn't, so that's no excuse.

Does not work with password managers.

Don’t use, no one appears to have tested the onboarding customer journey. It’s awful. No Google or Apple sign in, doesn’t work with iPhone password manager. Deleted.

To clarify, the app is compatible with the iPhone password manager, and you should be able to use saved credentials for a smoother login. Should probably know EV companies

There is no option for Rivian. I can’t imagine why an EV app wouldn’t have one of the largest electric only vehicle companies. Seems pretty stupid

Hello RoggieP, in addition to the UK and ROI, we are starting to display charge points in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.However, I'm afraid that the Zapmap Route Planner is not currently available outside of the UK and the ROI as we are currently focusing on our core mapping functionality before branching out to offer additional features internationally. Please note that the vast majority of the app's features, including the Route Planner, are entirely free to use!
