中天科尔物流公司目标是“打造中国最强的无车承运人物流综合服务电子商务平台”，该电商一站式综合服务平台以领先的信息技术为基础， 以大宗商品公路货运为重点，以散杂货为核心，致力于打造一个集在线交易、信息交易、运输服务、商圈消费、车辆管理、车辆定位、跟踪呼叫、数据检索等功能于一体的一站式综合服务平台，平台分为货主端和承运端两个端口，承运端又分为承运商和承运人两个角色。货主端发布货源信息，承运商承接货主发布的货单，然后承运商指派承运人对所承接的货物进行运输并做到对车辆进行在途跟踪，到货后进行运费结算。
