2 New things 1) "ZMoment" posting category: Allows for purely social postings with friends that are there to give your local vibe and flavor and just to generally mark a fun time that doesn't need too many facts about about the place. 2) Background location-based notifications. This is a tricky one because we want to preserve your privacy also while giving you the absolute nearest and most recent up info for posts, chats and deals around you. We will never share your location information with anyone and especially we will never sell your information or expose this to 3rd party applications. You never need to enable but may find this especially useful if you like to answer questions in chats nearby or simply to be alerted immediately when anything interesting is happening close by you. This is not available by default, even if you have "always on" location. You must enable this on the home page feed and click the banner that specifically asks about this OR just tap it away and never be asked again.

Direct Messaging is not available at this time so we have disabled this feature until we have wired in more enhanced privacy settings and flows. 3 Major fixes for posting... 1) A long-standing bug was found and fixed that would remove a pending post in terrible network conditions if you closed the app. 2) The slide indicators were also fixed when going through media. 3) Posting upload status is greatly enhanced with % display.

This is a pretty significant update! Local media caching has been added so the feed experience is greatly enhanced. The Forgot Password section was not forgotten this time and has been fixed. Camera recording has stabilization for smoother video playback. Core foundations were added for perks and quests coming soon near you!

New posting features! By popular demand, we have added the ability to post about places you've been (up to 3 hours ago) and from your native media gallery. We've also ensured your media choices must be near the same location when you post about places you've been. Location search within a post has also been updated to handle sketchy network environments. We've also addressed a pesky posting bug that would rarely remove the location and prevent posting from completing.

Bug fixed for location picker when posting.

This fixes a couple of bugs. 1) Major bug fixed: While cancelling a post we found we were aggressively removing pending posts while some should not be removed that were currently being uploaded which could result in lost posts. 2) Minor bug fixed: We found that in some cases while navigating through the profile page, we could possibly referenced unloaded memory and this could cause a crash.
