The app provides mobile access to Alloy Navigator™ ITSM software. Stay on top of important events and announcements even when the app is closed. View tickets and requests assigned to you and your team. Plan changes and request approvals. Submit new issues, take action on approval requests, and log your work on the go. Communicate with customers and colleagues, fulfill user requests, and resolve issues from your mobile phone or tablet.
