Versión 10.3.0

Hope you have all refreshed yourself during the recent Diwali break. Now it's time for us to refresh a few things under the hood to improve Grid location status indicators, as well as help us log some new event triggers.
We're also introducing combined payments for charging sessions in India and more support for Ather scooter owners in Nepal and Sri Lanka to make app usage smoother and easier.
And as usual, bug fixes and general optimisations.
