Hello, what makes you think your IP address is visible? Once you connect, our VPN hides your actual IP. If you see the icon of the key in the notification area, that means that the VPN is connected and your true IP is hidden. The software you are using for getting your IP is probably showing you the internal IP assigned by our VPN server. Not the external IP that internet sees. Use page like
