With the Balu.Property app, you can access your real estate data, plans, contracts, tenant and entrepreneur data anytime and anywhere. You can enter and manage several properties (worldwide). Owners and tenants can enter damage reports at any time and the owners can check the damage reports, obtain offers from contractors and equipment suppliers and place orders. All parties involved are informed of the status of the work and completed work is archived.
Entrepreneurs can use the app to increase the efficiency of order processing and customer satisfaction.
Terms & Conditions
The trial version is limited to 30 days and free of charge. After this period has expired, the use of the trial version is subject to a fee. The terms of use and data protection apply.

1 real estate with 10 objects 75.--/Mt.
1 real estate with 40 objects- 350--/Mt.
Larger properties on request.
