Malísima App
No fluye la navegación. Mezclan la parte comercial con la de cliente. Es decir, quiero ver mi reserva y no seguir mirando hoteles, y tengo que poner el número de reserva!? En mi propia app, estando loggeado!? Ni se cual es mi numero de reserva!!!
Además porque no simplifican, quiero ir a dominicana, denme la opción de todos los hoteles a la vez, para q pueda compararlos, pero no, hay q entrar hotel x hotel e ir viendo uno por uno, poniendo 4 veces los mismos datos .... señores, experiencia de usuario, malísima.
Mal diseño
Es lo mismo que navegar la web, no tiene facilidad

Muchas gracias por su útil comentario. La app no tiene relación con la página de reservas de Barceló, aunque en el frontpage hay un link que lleva allí. Debido a que genera bastante confusión y mucha gente acaba en la web en lugar de la app, hemos decidido cambiar el frontpage a partir del mes que viene. La app actualmente está destinada a ofrecer y permitir la reserva de servicios durante la estancia en un hotel concreto o por si desea consultar información de nuestros hoteles. Esperamos que en su próxima estancia en un hotel Barceló su experiencia sea mejor. Trabajamos cada día por mejorar la experiencia que nuestros clientes tienen cuando visitan un hotel Barceló.

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Por lo que indica, podemos entender que quizá ha accedido a la web en lugar de a la app. Es una confusión recurrente que ocurre debido al link de Regístrate (que lleva a la web) cuando a la app se accede desde el buscador de hoteles y no requiere ese tipo de registro. Vamos a realizar un gran rediseño de la app, tanto el frontpage como la propia app, para que el usuario no encuentre dificultades a la hora de navegar a través de ella. Gracias por su feedback. Trabajamos cada día por mejorar la experiencia que nuestros clientes tienen cuando visitan un hotel Barceló.
