Exciting Order Management Enhancements Coming Soon!
We’re thrilled to announce upcoming improvements to our Order Management system based on your valuable feedback.
Release 8.15.1:
• Enhanced Order and Checkout Experience: Get ready for a smoother, more intuitive order management process on both web and mobile. Our web platform will receive the first update in August, followed by enhancements to the mobile app in the coming weeks.
• Provisional iOS Optimization: To prepare for these exciting changes, we’ve made a small adjustment to the iOS app. Orders with pending payments (where payment has been added but not yet processed) can now only be managed on the web platform and cannot be accessed through iOS (mobile app). This temporary change ensures a seamless transition to the new system.
• Actionable Guidance: If you try to access an order with partially added payments on your iOS mobile device, you'll receive a clear message directing you to complete the order on our website.
• Miscellaneous user experience improvements.
