Brace is empowering our community with the physical and mental health supports to come back stronger, together.

Whether Knee Pain, ACL Injuries, Lower Back or General Physiotherapy, we help for all. Our goal is to get you back to your normal self - to exercise, go to the gym, play sport, go out for a run - and all the other things you love.

Gather insights on your mental health through “Diary Entries” and build your understanding of the journey in “Learn”.

We help you stay on track to reach your exercise goals.
Build and manage your exercise programmes in “Plans” and celebrate your progress with “Trophies”.

3. Community of Peers

Our community ensures you’re never alone in your journey.
Ask questions and access peer insights in “Discussion”. Share your journey and celebrate milestones with “Check-Ins”.
