EMDR Therapy is an app designed to help clinicians treat patients who have been exposed to stressful situations and disturbing events. Based on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and BSDR (Bilateral sounds Desensitization and Reprocessing) the app provides both visual and aural stimulation that alternately stimulates the left and right hemisphere of the brain.
The visuals and sounds of EMDR Therapy are designed to be pleasant and soothing to help counter disturbing emotions. The app has animated scenes for adults and for children.
Experience the full richness of the sounds by using headphones. View the animations on a large screen by connecting your iPhone or iPad to a flat screen TV with an HDMI cable.
