Inseguridad !

Pese a estar inseguro por no conocer la aerolínea no hablar inglés he logrado con ella entenderme en todo lo adverso y terminar con la inseguridad de mi viaje de las vegas a San Francisco . Espero todo termine ok !

Wrong information

We flight from Miami to Denver and we came to the airport some days before our flight to see if a guitar was a personal item. We speak with a frontier employee (Cristine) and she said that the guitar wasn’t a personal item and that was FREE to take the guitar with us in the cabine. The day of the flight they said that the guitar was a personal item and we have to PAY $40 for it. Cristine was there and admit her mistake but they make us pay anyway and they weren’t polite with us.
