Each Life Bite begins with the IAMMI intention, based on Dr. Lucy Hone’s theory of resilience. Again drawing on CBT, this is both a grounding moment of peace and a daily affirmation.

Check in to identify your skin health and goals. You’re served tailored Skinsights (expert-penned recommendations and insights) based on this info. My Skin also lets you snap, note and compare pictures to track your skin’s progress.
