Cannot restore purchase

I have bought the whole pack verbs, adjectives and nouns. Recently I have changed my phone from and iPhone 8 to an 11 and now (using the same username) I can’t restore my purchases and the option to get in touch from within the app seems to be useless since it doesn’t work. I’d appreciate some help here
