la amo pero estoy teniendo problemas

en ciertos episodios se me retrasa o adelanta el sonido, no importa si refresco la página, si abro y cierro la aplicación, si la desinstalo la app y la vuelvo a instalar, el problema persiste.

No funciona en mi TV

Es la única app que tiene problemas de imagen cuando se reproduce una película o serie. Se ve oscuro.
