Doesn´t work

I managed to connect once and after that I keep getting the same message. Error code:0x4
I´ve tried everything and it still doesn´t work. I´ve looked online and all the comments are the same as mine.

I recivied this message: Your session ended because of an error. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance.
