Mobvoi application connects Mobvoi devices (including TicWatch, TicPods, TicBand, TicLife smart plug, etc) to your mobile phone. It manages devices, extends functions, synchronizes activity data and provides additional visualization and analysis.

Following features are provided to help manage your devices:
1. TicWatch ( includes TicWatch Pro & Pro3, TicWatch GTX, TicWatch Kids, etc)
a. Synchronize and Keep track of your activity and health records
b. Provide functions in addition to watch such as watch face management, audio recording transcription, etc.
c. Manage watch and account settings, permissions, profiles, etc.
d.You can sync health data to Apple health
2. TicPods ( includes TicPods 2 Standards, TicPods Pro, TicPods 2 Pro+, TicPods Free, etc)
a. Manage TicPods settings and preferences
b. Provide instant translator over voice & text input (English & Chinese)

Mobvoi APP has been connected to HealthKit which allows users to synchronize motion recording, heart rate and sleep data to "Health".

Can’t open the app (Now it is Working again)

Update after last update 4.5.1 the app star working again. Thank you for your support

Pierde los datos de días anteriores, no se sincroniza

Dejó de funcionar en mi iPhone 11

Funcionó correctamente desde agosto hasta que hace 2 días dejó de funcionar.
Desinstalé la App y la volví a instalar varias veces y no funciona.
Actualicé el sistema operativo del teléfono y sigue sin funcionar.
Apagué y volví a encender el teléfono y sigue sin funcionar.
Espero que con alguna próxima actualización de la App vuelva a funcionar.
Así mi Tickwatch no sirve de nada.
