Best App out there to stop scrolling
Best App to stop social media and dopamine addiction. It makes the icons in your home page darker and asks how much time you plan to use your App, then you have to close and open again to start using your App. When the times is up, you cant just click “ok” and continúe using Instagram/tiktok, you won’t be able to open the App again for 5 minutes (unless you pay for an early unlock) forcing you to stop mindlessly using your phone and start doing something else. 10/10, Helped me a LOT
