ownr is basically a representation of the Danish Central Business Register, where you can find information about Danish companies and affiliated persons. In addition to known information and functions you will find on cvr.dk, we have built unique and valuable tools free of charge.
Our search function is designed to include historical data as well. This means that if the company has changed its name, changed status or something else, you will still be able to find the company you are looking for. All company profiles are equipped with the Timeline function, giving you an easy and intuitively way to look back into the history of a company and see what changes the company has undergone.
With ownr you can easily and quickly form an overview of a given company's financial situation with our Key Figures. In addition, you can dive right down into the company's accounts, or see which persons or companies are behind - all freely available on the company's profile.
It can sometimes be difficult to identify the ultimate owners of Danish companies through the myriad of underlying holding companies and other investment companies. Therefore, at each company profile, we have generated our bid for the ultimate owners, based on publicly available data from the Danish Central Business Register, and prepared an Organization Chart for all business owners.
Search and follow your competitors, friends or others in the Danish business community with the Peers feature and receive ongoing updates. E.g. be notified when your competitors start a new business if one of your suppliers comes under compulsory resolution and much more.
ownr will be stubbornly expanded and adding new tools, but most importantly remain free and freely available.
